Residential development has been divided into a series of phases. Phase 1A is almost complete, and Phase 1B will follow in construction following two approved reserved matters applications in 2022 and 2023 for a total of 87 dwellings. Further information on Phase 1A can be found at www.crestnicholson.com/regentsbrook

The reserved matters application for Phase 2 is currently being determined by the Borough of Broxbourne and will provide 61 homes. Crest Nicholson have recently submitted a reserved matters application for Phases 3, 4, 5A and the Local Centre, following a round of public consultation.
