The Primary School
Rosedale Park Primary School will be a two-form entry primary school, with capacity for 420 pupils aged between 4 and 11 years.
Designed to national and county standards, the Rosedale Park Primary School will be two-storey and contain 15 classrooms. It also includes a main hall and activity studio, a Learning Resource Centre, and a food/science/DT room.
Although the internal fit-out of the school is not part of this application, it will meet the fixed standard. This includes kitchen and servery equipment, classroom furniture, library storage, and more.
Located at the centre of site, the primary school will become part of the heart of Rosedale Park –close to the convenience store, community square and a bus stop, providing both excellent natural surveillance and accessibility.

The Nursery
Alongside this, a 60-place nursery will be provided – with capacity for 30 in the morning and 30 in the afternoon. It will be segregated from the main school, with its own entrance, reception, toilets, cloakroom, classroom, and teacher cooking provision. It will also have an external soft-surface play area, accessible directly from the nursery classroom and enclosed from the main school external areas.
